Hi Mark! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with his first kalimba. He is musically talented, ranging from bass to piano and more. He does pick up instruments very fast. I was looking for a good quality kalimba with a good sound, tone and durability. He does have a sensitive ear and is quite good at being able to notice if something is off or out of tune. Thank you!
