Hi, I have a 17-note kalimba that was purchased for me as a gift from Kalimba Magic some years ago. One of my tines doesn’t work at all, and another next to it is quite dull as well. I’ve tried adjusting it myself but I can’t make it better. What can I do about this? Thanks, Luca D
