Description

These 44 songs have been neatly arranged into a 62 page PDF eBook download with live links to recordings. The songs have been taken from various Kalimba Magic collections and modified for use with the 17-Note Kalimba in the key of C, which is sold under a great many brand names at this time – Donnor, Gecko, Walter, and Heart-17 among others.  The collections that went into this download include: African American Spirituals, traditional African karimba tunes, classical pieces, folk and pop music, Americana and patriotic, children’s songs, and exercises.

The old 66 Songs ZIP download is no longer available, and has now been replaced by this 44 Beginner Songs PDF download and the 33 Intermediate Songs PDF. How do you get 44 + 33 songs out of 66? Now, that would be “Kalimba Magic!” Oh, and why does the 44 Beginner Songs download cost the same as the old 66 Songs? Because the 44 Songs is a single PDF (ie, dozens of hours work to layout the eBook) and every song has been recorded (many hours of recording) – making for a much better experience for you accessing and using this collection.

These songs are rated by difficulty. Level 1 songs are typically melody only. Level 2 songs have trickier rhythms or melody plus a bit if harmony. Level 3 songs include some three part harmonies.

This download is a PDF file with live links to MP3 recordings of every song in the collection, as well as live links to various helpful pages at the Kalimba Magic site. The songs included in this download are listed in one of the additional product images. The tuning this download is intended for is shown as another additional product image.
