If you don’t like it, return your kalimba within a month and we will refund the price you paid for the merchandise, minus a 15% restocking fee.
If defective, 100% money back or we'll replace it at no cost to you.
We will deal with defective kalimbas as above for up to 1 year from shipping
If you want to exchange for a different kalimba, 100% of the money you paid for the merchandise (but not shipping) can be applied to a different kalimba.
