Home > Uncategorized > Hi Mark, I recently made a hollow walnut kalimba and used a cheap set of tines, but I think I made it a little too large – only the lower notes sound clearly. I was able to retune it as low as possible and I got a few more usable notes, but I think this kalimba would really shine in a lower register. Do you know of anywhere I could get some extra-long tines? I’m having some trouble finding any resources to help me figure this out. Thanks, Jon
