This is a song I wrote 7 years ago, and then created a story around it. Soon you'll be able to learn this song too, as we post the tablature for the Intro (same as Outro), and the A and B Parts.
At left is the Alto Kalimba tablature for the intro section (and also the outro - the
same music appears at the end of this song). By the way, if you have a Treble instead
of an Alto - well, the Bb or D Treble family of kalimbas can just read this tablature as it is,
even though the note names are actually different - the roles will be the same.
On the other hand, if you have a standard G treble kalimba, with the low note of
B and only 5 tines painted - you are lacking the low G and A. Just try reading this
tablature and leaving off the low G and A notes you are missing - they are harmonizing notes
and aren't really required to get the feel of the melody line.
Of course, next week we'll have the tablature for Part A.
