Twinkle, Twinkle, Upper Octave

Last week, we showed you how to do the lower octave of Twinkle Twinkle on the Alto kalimba. If you don't own an Alto kalimba, this may be a good excuse to go and purchase one. This week, we do the upper octave - it will sound just like last week, only higher.
