Introducing, for the First Time Ever, Staight from Grahamstown, South Africa, the Wonderful and Amazing Box Pentatonic Kalimba, WITH PICKUP!

About 6 months ago, the wonderful folks at African Musical Instruments did me a huge favor: they mounted the 11 tines of the Pentatonic kalimba onto the box of an Alto kalimba, and LO, the Box Pentatonic was born! Remarkably, I received two emails from people who had actually bought a Hugh Tracey Alto Kalimba and a Hugh Tracey Pentatonic Kalimba, taken then apart, and built this very instrument, the Box Pentatonic!
