TIP OF THE DAY
October 12, 2006 Chords on the diatonic kalimbas are so easy, because you just strum three notes in a row and you've got a chord! The Pentatonic kalimba is organized a bit differently, so the chords are not so simple. The big difference is that with fewer notes, you can make fewer chords. However, any two adjacent notes on the pentatonic kalimba will always sound good together. Here is Lesson 4 (out of 75!) from Playing the Pentatonic Kalimba: ![]() The brand new book, Playing the Pentatonic Kalimba, which includes a CD and KTabS reader files for all exercises, is now available at The Kalimba Shop. |
