Audacity - Free Sound Analysis Software

If you would like to do physical sound investigations on your own, I can recommend some cool free software that will not only help you record the music on your computer, but also help you with the analysis.

You can download Audacity at http://audacity.sourceforge.net

The spectrum calculation that Audacity provides is particularly useful for me in my kalimba sound investigations. People who edit sound bites for radio stations use Audacity, so this is top-notch software.
