The KTabS program has been my primary tool for documenting and disseminating
kalimba music in a form that other people can readily understand.
This month, I discuss:
"The first kalimba I ever saw was the Treble kalimba my father sent me
while I was in England at boarding school," says Paul Tracey.
"He told me not to show it to anyone." A prime piece of evidence - the first kalimba

I have never worked at storytelling before—until now! The kalimba is helping me along,
practically giving me stories whenever I ask for them. This month, I share some of the ways I use
the kalimba in storytelling, and I also share input that I have received from other storytellers who use
the kalimba.
